ReplyDeleteCreepy and Sexy? Absolutely have to check this one out! Thanks for the suggestion, Megan!
DeleteHi, there!
ReplyDeleteThank you SO much for this GREAT giveaway!!!
To answer the question, I don't like 'creepy' reads. I do LOVE paranormal romance/urban fantasy involving vampires, werewolves, or shapeshifters (NO zombies, please, unless they're like the ones in Amy Plum's books). I ADORE The Twilight Saga, for example, and now I'm getting into The House of Comarre series. I don't enjoy hard-core horror novels like the ones by Stephen King. Nor do I like Edgar Allan Poe, V.C. Andrews, Dean Koontz, Clive Cussler, H.P. Lovecraft, or R.L. Stine.
One more thing: I like my paranormal heroes to be good guys, and I want them to beat them baddies in the end!! That doesn't always happen in horror novels...
HAPPY HALLOWEEN READING!! : )
Maria,
DeleteI don't read a lot of horror either but from time to time I love to step outside my box. And I'm kind of a sucker for a bad boy, he he. I absolutely agree with you on the Zombie thing, but Revenants rock!
